Warranty & Returns |
Return PolicyAt Packco Inc., customer satisfaction is our first priority. Accordingly, we graciously accept returns on any of our Midwest Pacific brand products that may be defective in any way.
We ask that you make sure that you are ordering the correct product for your needs. If there is any question, please call us at 573-392-2400 before you purchase.
We are here to make sure that the product (heat sealers, cotton bags, etc.) you are interested in is the correct product for the job. We will gladly send samples of our Midwest Pacific Job Ticket Holders, Cotton Cloth Drawstring Bags, Shrink Film, Shrink Tubing, and Shrink Bags so you may see the quality of these products first hand.
For Shrink Bands or Pre-Forms, we strongly urge you to send us a sample of your container so we may exactly size the bands for an accurate quote; we will then return the container with sample bands to insure your complete satisfaction.
- If customer ordered "wrong" item and item is returned in "as new" condition, in good original packaging, a 15% restocking fee plus the original freight (what we paid to ship to you) will be the responsibility of the customer. If the original packaging is missing, the restocking fee is 25% plus the original freight.
- If customer returns product for any other reason and packaging is "unusable," a 35% restocking fee plus the original freight will be the responsibility of the customer.
- No credit can be given for products that are used or that cannot be sold as "new" (including original packaging).
- Any product that proves to have any defect of manufacturer (very rare), will be promptly repaired or replaced (at the volition of Packco, Inc.).
- No credit given until item is at our dock and inspected.
- No returns can be accepted after 90 days from delivery.
- No returns can be accepted on Shrink Film, Shrink Tubing, Shrink Bags, and Shrink Bands, when the product has not been stored in a properly cooled environment.
- No returns can be accepted on custom orders (special sizes or shrink bands) where you have given us dimensional specs and not provided a sample container or waived approval of our sample.
- For non-defective returns, customer is responsible for freight charges back to Packco, Inc.
- An RMA (Return Material Authorization) number must be obtained from our customer service department by calling 573-392-2400.
Warranty (Non-Transferable)Warranty on Heat Sealers is 90 days from the date of delivery on full parts and labor, except consumable parts (heating element, upper Teflon and lower Teflon are excluded). Warranty if null and void if sealer has been altered, damaged, abused dis-assembled or us in a manner for which it was not intended.
Warranty on "soft goods" (job ticket holders, cotton cloth drawstring bags, shrink bags, shrink tubing, and shrink film) is 30 days, which should provide ample time to discover any problems. We will replace or refund any such defective pieces.
